Can credits be shared?
Yes. Credits are transferable and can be used by different people in your company.
When do credits expire?
They are valid for twelve months from the invoice date. We remind you before they expire.
Can I combine credits and an invoice?
You can combine credits from multiple accounts. If they do not cover the full price, we invoice the remainder.
Can credits pay for private formats?
Ask Me Anything and Show Me Your Code are exclusive to the flat rate and are not covered by credits.
